Why are you spending millions of dollars on an ineffective web filter instead of fully funding the AFP to catch paedophiles?

Why establish a cyber-safety committee if you plan on ploughing ahead regardless of the evidence it receives? Both for and against?

Plus, everyone but the biased and the financially and emotionally invested can see that the Mandatory Internet Filter is NOT about child pornography but about control, censorship and the ignorant. I mean, come on Labor, you have backflipped on every other policy since coming into office, why not make this another one and make the tech voters happy? I am sure there are more voters in the technology industry than in the whole ACL collective mind, so why are you pandering to them?

But I guess the muppets in parliament have spoken.
